Linsey Metcalf - Lead Brand Designer and creative entrepreneur with 18 years of experience building brands, products, and campaigns that connect with audiences and drive growth. 
My career spans agency, in-house, freelance and entrepreneurial work, including leading creative initiatives for brands such as The Coca-Cola Company and AT&T, while also founding and growing Wild Standard, a consumer product brand that has collaborated with top target retailers, West Elm and Urban Outfitters.

Through Wild Standard, I've developed products and creative partnerships with brands and organizations including Magnolia, Starbucks, Fossil, Wrangler, Austin City Limits Music Festival, Atlanta Braves, and Neil Young. These experiences have given me a unique perspective on brand building—from identity systems and campaigns to product development, retail strategy, and customer experience.

Alongside my creative work, I've pursued training in communication and counseling frameworks, including the Process Communication Model and Equipped to Counsel, to better understand people, strengthen collaboration, and lead with empathy and intention.

Outside of work, I take interest in architecture, interior design, and finding new places to grow moss in my yard. (I 💚 moss)
